We want you to love your sunnies – but if they’re not quite right, we’ve got you covered.


Full Refunds

We offer 100% refunds on sunglasses returned within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as they are in the same condition you received them – unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds apply to sunglasses only.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable. This includes any additional shipping protection purchased at checkout.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and quality-checked by our warehouse team.

  • Bundles & Packs: If you purchase a bundle or pack that includes two or more items at a discounted price and choose to return part of the order, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the standard (non-bundle/pack) price of the items you keep.


Returns by Region

Australia:

We cover and pay for return shipping costs for all eligible sunglasses in Australia only.

  • Free return shipping applies to all sunglasses purchased directly through our website.

  • Free return shipping applies within 7 days of delivery.

  • After 7 days, full refunds are no longer available, but you can still make an exchange up to 30 days from delivery (return shipping is customer-paid after day 7).

  • We’ll issue a refund once the returned product passes inspection.

To start a return, email us at info@t20vision.com and we’ll send you a pre-paid return label along with instructions.

International Orders:

Unfortunately, at the moment, we’re unable to offer free international returns.
For all international orders, the postage and handling costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

International customers may return items within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are customer-paid.

Full refunds are issued for the product(s) ordered once they have been returned to us and pass inspection.

Due to the nature of duties and taxes being collected upfront for some international orders, refunds will include the amount paid for the product(s) only. Duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem.

If your sunnies don’t fit, we can arrange an exchange for another pair (subject to stock availability). Just email us at info@t20vision.com and we’ll sort it out. Exchanges can be made up to 30 days from delivery.


Pre-Order Purchases

If your order contains one or more pre-order products, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item(s) are in stock. We do not offer split shipments.

Pre-order purchases are final and cannot be cancelled due to change of mind. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving incoming stock and agreeing to wait until the product becomes available for fulfilment.

Your return and refund period (as per this standard Returns & Refunds Policy) and your 2-year guarantee both begin from the date you receive your item, not the date of purchase.


Final Sale Items – Accessories & Spare Lenses

All accessories — including leather cases and spare lenses — are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Please note:
Spare lenses must match the exact size and style of the sunglasses purchased. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct lens model.

Spare Lens orders placed with the incorrect size or style of lens are not eligible for a refund, and the customer will be required to cover all return shipping costs for any exchange granted at TWENTY20’s discretion.
