Twenty20 Vision ships new orders daily, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and Public Holidays in Adelaide) from Adelaide Australia. We aim to process and dispatch all orders that are placed within 1 business day ensuring your new pair of sunnies gets to you asap!

Each order is tracked using an individual tracking number, which will be sent to you via email/text so you know where your order is at all times.

About import tariffs, taxes and fees
For international orders, your local customs office may apply import tariffs, taxes, duties, or clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. They are typically payable when your package arrives in your country. If you have any questions, feel free to check with your local customs office before ordering.
If these costs are not paid and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the full shipping cost, which will be deducted from their original payment.
Missed deliveries
Some parcels may need to be signed for on arrival. If you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox and arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection. If you do not arrange for redelivery or collection within a reasonable amount of time, the parcel may be returned to us and we will need you to help us cover the cost of re-sending.
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the full shipping cost, which will be deducted from their original payment.
Shipping Protection
We do our best to ensure your items arrive to you safely but sometimes things happen. If you utilised our shipping protection option at Checkout, rest assured that your package is protected! With package protection, in the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit, we will replace it free of charge. Shipping protection does not cover packages stolen from a secure location (if evidence suggests it was left in a safe place) or incorrect address's entered by the customer. Minor damages that does not impact product function is not covered.

No, bundle prices are only available if you select that specific bundle. Discounts do not add up automatically when you add more qty's of the same items.

Can I receive a free gift card if my combined purchases exceed AUD $200 across separate orders?
To be eligible for the free gift card, your order total must be AUD $200 or more in a single transaction. Purchases made in separate transactions cannot be combined to qualify for the promotion, and only orders meeting the minimum spend requirement on one receipt are eligible.
Why is there no gift card in my cart even though I spent the minimum threshold??
Sorry - that means they've sold out. Our vouchers are strictly limited and allocated live in your cart, so if one isn't there, it's gone. No voucher will be issued afterwards, and none are sent once the sale ends, regardless of spend.

Which frame size is right for me?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart and frame dimensions. As a general guide:
- Adult Size – A universal fit designed to suit most adults comfortably. This is our standard size and the best choice for the majority of customers.
- Small Adult – A mid-size option between Adult and Kids. Ideal for adults with smaller heads, females, and teenagers. Also suitable for bigger boys aged 12–13.
- Kids Editions – Designed for little legends aged 6–13.
