Shipping Policy for Orders Containing Pre-Order Items

• If your order contains one or more pre-order products, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item(s) are in stock.
• We do not offer split shipments. 
• All pre-order products are sold on a first come, first served basis only.
  
• Customers will be continuously be updated with any significant progress regarding their pre-order items including when orders are dispatched.
• Your return and refund period (as per our standard return & refund policy) and 2-year guarantee both begin from the date you receive your item, not the date of purchase.
• Pre-order purchases are final and cannot be cancelled due to change of mind. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving incoming stock and agreeing to wait until the product becomes available for fulfilment.
