As Cricketers, we'd had enough of not having sunglasses designed specific to our needs and being repeatedly overlooked by the bigger brands.. So we created our own.
Founded in March 2020 by two mates, Ben and Graham, both cricketers who were sick of paying a fortune for sunglasses that weren’t built for cricket or to help you see a moving ball.
Ben, an athlete manager by trade, saw first-hand how little brands cared about cricketers when dealing with the bigger companies for his players. So we decided to start designing our own and it turns out a lot of other cricketers in Australia felt the same way.
2023 - ENTER GLENN MAXWELL
Glenn Maxwell got his hands on a pair and was blown away by the lens clarity. He loved the way they felt and wanted in on the mission we were building. At first we thought he'd just be an ambassador, but Maxi saw the chance to make a bigger impact and use his experience from playing in sunglasses his whole career, to create something that he and all cricketers could benefit from.
Now a co-owner, Maxi plays a hands-on role in product testing. Every lens and every frame all goes through him. If it’s not good enough for him to wear at the international level, we don’t sell it.
A SIDE HUSTLE THAT'S GONE GLOBAL
We outgrew our garages and any spare storage space we had, and have now partnered with a logistics provider to store and ship our product faster than ever. It’s helped us reach cricketers in over 20 countries so far!
We’ve expanded our range across styles, lens colours, and now offer multiple sizes including kids cricket sunnies and small adult sizes. It's our promise to keep pushing the limits and improving with every drop.
Nothing makes us prouder than seeing our sunnies on cricketers across the world and hearing feedback from a happy customer.
