TWENTY20 VISION — EOFY SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing an order during our End of Financial Year (EOFY) Sale, you agree to the terms below. These terms sit alongside our full [Terms of Service] and [Returns & Refunds Policy], which continue to apply.
1. Sale Period
- The EOFY Sale is live now and ends 11:59 PM AEST, Sunday 28 June.
- No extensions, no exceptions. Once the sale closes, all prices return to full.
2. Pricing & Discounts
- Sale discounts are applied automatically at checkout — no code required.
- Discounts apply during the sale period only and cannot be applied retrospectively or honoured once the sale has ended.
- Offers cannot be combined with any other discount, code or promotion.
- Gift cards and selected bundles may be excluded from promotional discounts.
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
- Twenty20 Vision reserves the right to amend, extend or cancel the sale, or to return any product to full price, at any time and without notice.
3. Greg Chappell Cricket Centre Bonus Voucher
- Spend $200 or more in a single transaction during the sale period to qualify for a $30 Greg Chappell Cricket Centre (GCCC) gift voucher. Minimum spend applies after discounts and before shipping.
- The gift is added automatically to qualifying carts and cannot be removed.
- Our vouchers are strictly limited and allocated live in your cart. If a voucher does not automatically appear in your cart, they are sold out — regardless of your spend, you will not be issued a voucher at a later stage, and none will be sent after the sale.
- One voucher per qualifying order. Combined purchases across separate orders do not qualify; the minimum spend must be met in a single transaction.
- Vouchers are issued in Australian dollars (AUD) and are redeemable at Greg Chappell Cricket Centre only.
- Vouchers are sent electronically by email (from info@t20vision.com) on Monday 29 June, after the sale closes, to the email address listed on your order.
- It is your responsibility to supply a correct email address at checkout. If no email address or an incorrect email address is supplied, the voucher cannot be resent and will be forfeited.
- Vouchers are issued once only. If you do not receive it, or it lands in your junk/spam folder and is deleted, it will not be resent.
- The voucher can be used in part or in full.
- The voucher cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- The voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded.
- The voucher is valid for three years from the date of issue.
- If a voucher has been used and you subsequently return an item from the qualifying order, the voucher value of $30 will be deducted from your refund. If the voucher has not been used, it will be cancelled.
- All Greg Chappell Cricket Centre gift cards are issued by and subject to the official terms and conditions of the Greg Chappell Cricket Centre [link]. Vouchers are managed entirely by Greg Chappell Cricket Centre, and Twenty20 Vision accepts no responsibility or liability for them once issued.
This promotion is currently available to Australian orders. Twenty20 Vision reserves the right to extend eligibility to other regions at its discretion.
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Your standard rights under our [Returns & Refunds Policy] are unchanged during the sale. In summary:
- We offer full refunds on sunglasses returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds apply to sunglasses only. Shipping costs — including any shipping protection purchased at checkout — are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and quality-checked by our warehouse team.
- After 7 days, full refunds are no longer available, but you may exchange up to 30 days from delivery (return shipping is customer-paid after day 7), subject to stock availability.
- Bundles & packs: if you return part of a bundle or pack purchased at a discounted price, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the standard (non-bundle) price of the items you keep.
Free gifts on returns. If you return a qualifying item and received a free gift with that order, the free gift must be returned in its original condition. If a physical gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its full retail value from your refund. Where the gift is a GCCC bonus voucher, the voucher terms in Section 3 apply (used → $30 deducted; unused → cancelled).
Returns by region. Free return shipping applies to eligible sunglasses in Australia and the United Kingdom within 7 days of delivery. International orders (outside Australia and the UK) may be returned within 14 days at the customer's cost; refunds cover the product(s) only, and duties, taxes and original shipping are non-refundable. 5. Faulty Items
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, contact us at info@t20vision.com with your order number and photos for assessment. For a minor fault we may repair or replace the item; for a major fault, you may choose a replacement or a refund.
6. Final Sale Items
- Accessories — including leather cases and spare lenses — are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
- Spare lenses must match the exact size, model and style of your sunglasses. It is your responsibility to order the correct lens. Incorrect orders are not eligible for refund, and return shipping for any exchange granted at our discretion is customer-paid.
- Pre-order purchases are final and cannot be cancelled due to change of mind. Your return, refund and 2-year guarantee periods begin from the date you receive the item.
7. General
- Offers are time-limited and subject to change without notice.
- To process any return, refund or exchange, valid proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email or receipt) is required.
- Twenty20 Vision is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses. Additional costs arising from incorrect details are the customer's responsibility.
